Student Council

A Students’ Council is formed every session in order to instill leadership quality in students. This gives them a sense of responsibility and ownership. The Students’ Council is the representative of the students. It acts as a link between the Principal of the School, Teachers and Students. It helps to organize different activities scheduled in the event calendar along with teachers. The objective is to ensure that today’s students are well prepared to be tomorrow’s innovators and engaged citizens of the world.


It is an integral part of school and being a part of the council helps students learn ‘values’ like Responsibility and Compassion and ‘skills’ like Teamwork and Leadership. The council members also serve as positive role models for other students motivating them to aim for higher goals.

To instil leadership qualities in the formative years, the school has a Junior School Council both in the Primary and the Middle Section as well, for which students are selected based on their academic performance and evidence of ability to lead.
